Apply anatomical knowledge and refine your alignment in dynamic yoga postures.
Discover the role your pelvis plays in your posture.
Understand the mechanics of diaphragmatic breathing and its importance on your nervous system.

Rahle has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for 10 years, but has been practising for over 20 years. Her deep interest in functional anatomy in the yoga postures and breathing inspires her teaching to support students to understand their bodies better. Throughout her yoga journey, she has been studying yoga philosophy and loves to share this wisdom in relatable and contextual ways in her classes and workshops. She encourages curiosity and joy in her classes. It’s also very important to her that everyone feels welcome and comfortable in the class.
