I found the Bija wellbeing course very valuable. The focus on key life skills like sleeping well, movement, mindfulness and connection provided a great opportunity to re-engage with the important things, as opposed to the myriad of details which overtake our lives. I particularly valued Rahle's engaging and non-judgemental approach to the course. Everyone was made to feel welcome and supported. I feel more energised to make small long lasting changes that I know will improve my overall wellbeing.

Bija was an important reminder on the power that mindfulness can play in our lives. The course introduces or reminds us that we create our lives through each and every habit. Delivered in a non judgemental setting, it was grounding to hear others struggles with the same challenges.
