Your Sleep Guides

  • Rahle Dusheiko is a Wellness Content Creator and founder of Bija - a personalised wellbeing movement. She helps businesses and teams shape and design projects and experiences that feel just right and that users love.

As a yoga teacher and life coach, she creates in-person and online wellbeing courses, programmes and workshops focused on wellbeing and yoga.

She has spent most of her life pursuing a healthy, preventative lifestyle. Sleep is a priority for her, everything from naps in sunbeams to solving how to get a good solid night of restorative sleep. She is also a cat lover, bookworm and coffee snob. She can’t wait to share this series with you.

  • Nickie is the founder of Live Better Younger Longer, a global wellness community and longevity project helping people take control of how they age—mentally, physically, and financially.

She believes sleep is the true foundation of good health. After years of broken sleep (thanks to kids, and late-night overthinking), she’s finally cracked the code—and sleep has become her newest obsession.

Now she’s on a mission to help others get the deep, restorative rest their bodies are craving—because when you fix your sleep, everything else starts to fall into place.
